Hello,

I am new to the Forums, but have made several purchases on CB the past few months.

I have an intersting trade proposal.

I have coupon(s) that a good for a FREE DOZEN of KRISPY KREME ORIGINAL GLAZED DOUGHNUTS. This coupon does NOT require any other purchase, just go into your local KK store and get a free dozen. They are also accepted at major supermarket chains that carry KK.

I have about 80 of the coupons available for trade.
They expire July 7, 2004 so they will be good for atleast another year.
They say for Glazed Original but I have had no problem getting a mixed dozen at the store. Coupons also say "Limit one per visit", but again I usually have no problem using 2 coupons during one trip.

SO how about trading some of those extra or unwanted sticks for some treats for the wife, kids or yourself.
Gives you a good excuse to smoke one while driving to the KK on a Sunday morning, getting a hot dozen for the family or even yourself 😉

Depending on where you are located, KK sell for $5.50 to $8.50 a dozen. You can check for locations near you at www.krispykreme.com.
If you have never tried one, then I HIGHLY reccomend you try a HOT Glazed Original.

Cigars brands I am interested in:
Acid , ACID Ltd. Def Sea , Drew Estate , Gurkha , Gurkha 1950 Pre-Embargo Estate Cuban Robusto , Gurkha's Royal Salute , La Gloria Cubana , Lars Tetens Sun Fook Ka , Oliva , Perdomo , Perdomo 2 .
Interesting Robusto's
Humidors and Cooleradors
Or anything you might like to offer.

Thanks
Jack

I find it very hard to believe that in a 24 hour period - 65 people answered this and wanted to trade cigars for a box of doughnuts !!!!

RE: We have a Tim Hortons here in Cincinnati. GREAT COFFEE!!! Much better than Starbucks!!

I knew that Timmies( nick name, which I'm sure you'll adopt ) had started to open up in the U.S, wow Cincinnati.
I used to drive from North Dakota through the northern U.S to Eastern Canada entering at Salt St. Marie. No good coffe the whole way. I don't put myself though the torcher anymore I stop from Timmies to Timmies across Canada. I might be driving to Atlanta in the next 2 years. Instead of heading south at Illinois, it might now be Cincinnati OH, plus I want to see the WKRP radio station

"I find it very hard to believe that in a 24 hour period - 65 people answered this and wanted to trade cigars for a box of doughnuts !!!! "

Why do you assumme it was 65 people each trading for 1 dozen each ?

Could it be possible that a person traded multiple cigars for multiple coupons ?
FYI the 65 coupons were traded to only 3 people.

Personally I am not interested in trading a coupon at a time. This was an unique offer to trade off some unwanted cigars for something of another catagory.
For some people this was a great opportunity, for others it was viewed as a joke.
But consider this, you converted some extra sticks into a gift that you can share with the non smokers in your life, what is so terrible ?

Currently about 20 coupons left, any of you closet doughnut eaters want to trade ?
