Looks to me like it could be either a 'Mexican Red Legged Tarantula (Brachypelma emilia)' or a 'Mexican Bloodleg Tarantula (Aphonopelma bicoloratum) ... but in looking at the size of that sucker, it's probably a 'Brazilian Red and White Tarantula (Lasiodora cristata)'.

... sure would keep the moochers out of your humidors ... LOL!

Yeah ... it could be ... but the 'Brazilian Red and White' will grow to 8 to 12 inches, and they are sold in pet shops!
