June 4— Martha Stewart has been indicted by a federal grand jury and is expected in court today, ABCNEWS has learned.


She is expected to arrive at the courthouse with her attorney at 12 noon today.

What does Ken Lay have to do with Martha S and her problems?

At least the present Attorney General goes after the executives who cheat. Maybe she will get a handslapping, but wait and see.

Ken Lay wasn't a stock broker and on the board of the New York Stock Exchange like Martha.

She knew the rules, inside and out. She broke the rules and then lied to cover it up. While I think Ken Lay should be placed in the stocks in the center of ANY American town, I believe that Martha should get the book thrown at her. IF she gets the kind of prison time they're talking about on tv...it'll be a good thing!

Too funny ... and if she would have had a little faith, and held out just a little longer ... she would be a MUCH richer lady.

Today .... that stock is worth a fortune!
