Greetings All,

Got an email from Gonz - Incredible offer - far more than I expected. He went outside the box to help me with this one. Needless to say, I am very happy with the offer and asked him to reassure me that I am not taking advantage of his kindness or the company – that is how generous the offer was. Wow! I did not get a full box of Bucanero’s but to be honest I never expected that. I just wanted more than one proposed solution to resolve the issue.

With all of that said, I have reconsidered my position about leaving Cbid and am back on the board. Besides, I have more than 10 lots in my watch list folder waiting to be bid on…Ha. Ha.

I apologize to each of you for the turbulence on the board and our friendship. In addition, I apologize to the World Class Customer Service Staff at Cbid.

Oh, Yeah - I am very happy to be back.

Regards,

B

smithbw,

I know you don't know me yet, but i must say, i am glad that i will have the chance to get to know you. I have read many great things about you and i was disappointed to see you leave. Glad you resolved your differences with C-Bid, Welcome Back!!

you will have to return all the good by gifts sent to you.

Ditto what Jon said.

I felt a resolve would come about. Great work GONZ!

BUD

Don't know if we should start the chorus of how great the CS is here (again) .. or how much we like having smitbw as part of our team (again).

Great job both! Now if only Robby had some matches.

I knew they wouldn't let you down. Always go to the top before you throw in the towel on CS.

Nobody ever goes away! They just threaten it!

I'm glad that they were able to make you smile again. That's big kudos to the customer service and to the level of commitment thye have to keep us coming back!

Your "fine" for being gone this long and getting to smoke all the damn ISOM's you wanted to, is to send me all of your Bucaneros.

JustDanD write: "Now if only Robby had some matches."

I'm inspired by everyone stepping in to help assure the happiness of others, and have decided that I'll resolve the match issue ... Robby, what's your snailer ... I'll send you some matches ... do you prefer CBid or CigarsInt'l ??? or shall I send you some of each so you can try 'em both??

The CBid's will mellow out with some humi time. I'd send him those!

So does this mean we start getting free stuff like caps, mugs, shirts, peet moss, compasses etc.. with our orders!?

J/K....I kinda figured things would work out and I am glad.

O.K. Robby, I had a box full of matches. I've moved twice in the last year and a half or so and they have disappeared. I WILL find them. When I do I'll be askin' for your snailer as well.

There's already some on the way !!! It KILLED me to give them up (you know how I like the matches)... but for Robby... I had some to spare ... :o)

Now, Back to Billy... Welcome back!!!
