I've had a lot of free time on my hands this week, so I decided to try a number of cigars that have been sleeping in my humidor.

Natural by Drew Estate Root - wonderful prelight aroma, easy lighting, and nice draw. I was pleasantly suprised by this smoke, as it was very different from anything I have ever tried. Wonderful body and flavor. Might have to invest in more of these.

Leon Jimenes Petite Robusto- beautifully constructed cigar, one of the best I have ever seen. Wonderful draw, and perfectly even burn. This is probably the best constructed cigar I have ever smoked, right on up there with any Opus or Padron. Nice body and flavor.

La Vieja Havana Rothschild Luxo- since I liked previous Drew Estate products, I decided to give this a try. Easy draw but a little underfilled. An uneven burn gave me problems, but otherwise a nice smoke. Can't beat the price, but would rather go for something else.

La Flor Dominicana Figurado - another nice looking cigar, easy draw, but a little bland. Reminded me of a Macanudo. A nice little cigar, but a bit mild for me.

I've got quite a few new brands to go in my humidor, but I'm finally getting my personal tastes down. I just wish I could find someone who will tell me if I am supposed to keep celo on or off in the humi? Maybe Slim can help? 🙂
