I must say Cbid has a professional staff at the helm. I recently contacted the FAA to see if I could help myself, Cbid and any other folks overseas. I asked the FAA why I couldn't buy a lighter at my favorite website. I explained that I was overseas and couldn't bid on any good lighters on Cbid. They told me that they could ship it overseas if it had no fluid and no residue. In my ignorance I sent this response to Cbid customer service. Trish responded politely and told me that they test all lighters before sending them. I can deal with that. It was honest and direct and not realy what I'm used. No run around or heming and hawing about the rules. I like that. Just thought if they were out there I'd say thanks for the quick and polite response.

Yeah, I had some correspondence with Trish also...she was quite courteous even though I'm sure it was laborious to deal with my repeated emails. I appreciated her quite a lot.

There's a reason they bend over backwards,clean windows,fix leaky roofs,change the oil in your car,put the pacifier back in your mouth,and tuck us in at night...its because they get paid in cigars. In a good month Gonz lets them keep all the returned products. In addition to making world renowned jello shots, Trish is a master roller. Steve has fast fingers and can strip a dried out wrapper faster that BMW(Barry)can gut a fish. They re-roll them and on a good month Jose Padron will beg for samples.
