I have a friend that went thru a similar ordeal. She lost the first inch of her middle finger. This was after several surgeries to remove infection. She missed about a month of work thru the course of the treatment.

Horror stories like this have been done on local as well as national news. It is true. Many places do NOT keep their equipment clean. They will of course deny it so they don't appear to be liable for the infections.

In this case just because it was the first complaint since their opening does not mean they are innocent.
