my best guess ... it's Bill Clinton, testifying ...

If I had to guess, I'd say it is Bill Clinton's answers to Ken Starr's questions during Monica-gate. and/or the Whitewater scandal.

Or it could be Regans answers, during the Iran-Contra investigation. Or any other politician, in any other investigation. Is it the Bush CIA Leak scandel??? Who knows, ALL POLITICIANS LIE, AND HAVE SELECTIVE MEMORIES, it's part of their jobs, in their opinion.

The sad thing is...he and his wife both wrote books on their Memoirs for Millions of Dollars... Go Figure..
