I saw a CNN bulletin that said the same thing ...

The news seems to imply that the 12-year old boy who is the basis for the charges is the same 12-year old boy in the video interview with Jackson this past February whose parents indicated that they willingly allowed him to stay with Jackson. This on the heels of the previous child molestation accusations and settlement 10 years previously.

Personally, I think the second arrest warrant should be for the parents who willingly allowed this kind of contact with Jackson's known history. Would you allow your kids to do this with an adult even without the history? I doubt it.
