All right sorry for the pun... I got a package today from a great guy. The package had a sweet smell that I absolutely love. I want to know if anybody else has smelled it. I can't believe its just the tobacco. I've only had one or two other packages that have had it. All the cigars we're different so it can't be a certain cigar. Is it the humidor they are kept in?
Or am I just crazy?

Actually, I just put a package together (about 8 different sticks) to send out and it smelled of chocolate.
Go figure.
If you compare cigars to wine, you willfind many similarities in aging, smells, tastes and complexities.
Quite fascinating if you have the time to research and sample.

Probably has to do with the fact that the " great guy " has aged those cigars at least 3 years, and some a LOT longer. They do tend to pick up a nice aroma after "humidating" for a long time. But I am just guessing.

Well I figured they were aged but I didn't think it was for that long. I should have known when I didn't recognize the lables. Just the names. I don't thik I can wait any longer for that Te Amo Anni to come around. I love having a too full Humi. That is a problem I can live with....
