Slim...glad you liked it. Contrary to popular belief (LOL), I pay close attention to even the smallest of 'details' (like a retailer not giving a good CAO customer his well-deserved MX2 cap!). 😉

Jon, my retailer did not give me a CAO cap either. He said something about me having to buy some cigars first. Where did he go wrong?

So why didn't I get one and my retailer dont even has them! is there a double standard?

Is there supposed to be a minimum purchase from a retailer to get the schwag? I have purchased a boat load of CAO from my local shop, but usually in single sticks... got the MX2 right when it came out... I loved it.

Gb --- the retailer is supposed to give you a cap (if he even has them) when you purchace 5 MX2's ... it even states it on a sticker on the underside of the lid when it is open.

... the other side of the coin, is that some retailers are limiting how many you can buy from them to 'one or two', because they claim they are hard to get ...

BTW --- SWAG is usually limited to CAO's website, and you send in so many bands with the answer to their question ... and BINGO!

Stuff you get at the retailer is usually called 'promotional' merchandise ... 😉
