I certainly hope there is a reasonable explanation. I dealt with Chef Richard ( blueeyes )about a month ago and I received my package. I also had a conversation over the phone with him, about a month ago, and he seemed like a nice guy. My package was late, but the post office was at fault, according to the tracking on the website. He told me there was a problem with a couple of packages. Maybe this is part of the mixup. I certainly would not want to see Patman end up on the short end. Patman is a generous BOTL, as I posted before about the fine package he sent me. I am hoping this is all some sort of mix up that Richard is not aware of and that all turns out well. "KoS"

Like I said before I am really not upset with Blueeyes at all. He held up his end of the bargain. That's all that I was looking for. Granted, it was late but upheld none the less.

I just wish other were more paitent with the process. People wanted me to out him the second they read my posts. That aint how I work. I hope this shows that I am willing to give EVERY benifit and with hold judgment until facts cause me to do otherwise.

OK, I want to settle this once and for all.......

I received the package on 1/9/04 and since I have been extremely tied up at the restaurant and with all of my 6 childrens games and events at school. Pat had my phone number the entire time and I did not receive a call. Sometimes I get really swamped.. The best situation would have been to call me to check on the status of the trade insted of jumping ahead of the gun. I have always been a man of my word and this will not change. If anyone hass any question for me contact me personally at 850-897-1534 insted of stirring stuff up....

Posting a thread titled "Trade gone Bad" should be used as a last resort. Most BOTL assume that if you are outing someone like that, then you have made every attempt to settle the matter privately.

It is also important to note that a simple email or post saying you are falling behind will prevent things like this. If you are prone to falling behind , warn your trading partner up front.

I would maybe ask CBid to pull that Ph.# off the boards and seems like this might be better in email. IMHO
