First of all I didn’t think there was such a thing as a conservative media, and secondly you don’t think Dean’s psychotic episodes had anything to do with his failure? The fact that he can’t even budget his own campaign spending? The fact that he cried like a baby when other democrats attacked him, although he dished it out like no other?

I have a summer home in Vermount, Dean's an idiot. My wife and I was in Bennington at an event and Dean was giving out ice cream sandwiches trying to get votes for his re-election. I spoke with him for a few minutes and first and last impression was zero. The Mayor of Boston has more qualifications then him. Only reason he was front runner is because he was spending money before anyone else even started their campaign

may i remind you that rupert murdach owns the media and has influence over what you read and see on tv.
he ain't no liberal, but has convinced people that there is a liberal bias. if there were a liberal bias, little w would have been impeached by now. or at the minimum arested for being awol. there is no statute limit for prosecuting for being awol. i would not expect another private slovik but serving time for time not served seems fair.

He did not impress me to be a leader and was agreeable to everything you said. Vermont is a strange state, most of the population probably has a High School education or below and the rest of the state is old hippies with money. It really doesn't make a difference anyway none of them can win unless Bush does a royal screw up.

I think Dean's outburst was no big deal.
Most Democrats fianlly realized that Dean could NEVER beat Dubya in the election, but Kerry has a chance.

As for the media bias?
It is foolish to suggest that mainstream media is anything but liberal. Who cares who "owns" the networks or newsprint unless the owners themselves are producing and editing.

If there is not a major "lean to the left" in these media outlets, why then is there a big push by the left to get some sort of liberal foothold on talk radio, yet there is no such push for newsprint nor television?

I'm sorry, but when the NY Times, Boston Globe, et al read more like the Al Quida Enterprise, it's painfully obvious which way they lean.
And when "newscasters" refer to the Democrats as "we", well I need go no further.

The two major populations in the United States are in the Northeast and Southern Cal.
Both of these areas provide the majority of television and publications to the whole country.
And both of these geographical areas are predominantly liberal democrats.

I don't see it as a "left wing conspiracy", but I do see it for what it is: Bias.

But there is good news.
With the huge popularity of FoxNews, the other networks have begun to swing things back towards the center. At least it has appeared that way to me.

He is not doing enough in regards to the war effort, therefore he is just endangering our troops.
