heh. okay, so a wee bit of beverage got spillled on the board -- on another keyboard i could just pllluck the stuck key out and clean it w/alllcohol and a swab. tried to gently pry this one off, but no going. am i gonna ruin my board if i use more force to remove my lll key to cllllean it???

just buy a new kb. You can probably get one for $5 at a thrift store or something. The other option is this:

thanks! finally got it pried off and cleaned it with alcohol and a swab. whew. it was just a small spill -- couple of drops. i might use that dishwasher method though if it's ever warranted. 🙂

my keyboard is an ergonomic board -- saves my hands bigtime. they go for around $30-40 here, and this was a gift from the wife, so i wanna take care of it. no more beverages near the 'puter! lol
