We do have beautifully-maintained parks, though. All you have to is obey their signs, not have have too much fun, and you'll be ok. We also have MANY social services- and they're "FREE"!

I don't think they bothered dredging the water. The city figured it was one less person to smoke up the clean, city air! (Sense the sarcasm here, folks....)

I lived in Laurel the Ft Meade. I loved being able to hit the Bay or Mt anytime I wanted but that drive to DC everyday was a real pain. Much better than coming from VA though.
