Watcha Smoking?

Another hour or so before I get to relax. Just had a great dinner - smoked Steelhead trout and Bison potroast.

Time to start thinking about what to smoke after that.

I had a Helix before going to the movies. I must say I wasn't to impressed. I am glad though I tried it before buying a whole box.

Started the day with a Hoyo de Mont Excalibur. Burned a Torano Sig in the afternoon. Watched the U of W Huskies beat the snot out of the #1 ranked Stanford Cardinal and then fired up a CAO MX2 torpedo in celebration.

GO DAWGS!!!

poprocz: hey, if you have any helix singles you don't want, i'd be happy to trade off with you. i love those thangs. 🙂 sorry they weren't to your liking, tho. :/

smelly: sounds like excellent b-day fare!

cayman: amen. haven't had a VSG yet, but i have one in the humi; i'll try it on a Special Occasion(tm), and it WILL be a treat.

as for moi, had the wife's delicious chicken tetrazini and then sat outside under the full moon and had a small campfire featuring some yum-smelling piñon wood atop the usual oak fare. good fire, good dinner, good company (wifey) who sang some lovely songs while i enjoyed my first Flor de Olivia cameroon -- *quite* a tasty cigar, that! (thanks, azn!).

I smoked a PAM 64 with some great wine while playing cards with the next door neighbors. I am so luckey to live next to people who like for me to smoke good cigars in thier house because they love the aroma.

Birthday weekend here, too: Friday CAO something-or-other, vaguely box-pressed torpedo, dark brown wrapper, huge flavor and aromatic smoke. Last night Cohiba something-or-other (I really gotta start keeping better track of this stuff!), quite tastey. Tonight undecided as yet, and tomorrow ISOM RyJ, gifted by a fine BOTL. Life is good.
