Howdy all!

First off, allow me to introduce myself... Name's Brandon and I'm what you might refer to as "the sales guy" here at CI. By now you all know that we're throwing a little, uhhh, party shall we say, on May 1st that we're calling CigarFest.

www.cigarfest.org

People have begun to ask about local accommodations for the night of the event so we did some checking and negotiated reduced rates at the Comfort Suites which is less than 5 minutes from the event itself. We're not sure how many rooms you guys will use so we have 20 blocked out initially. My advice would be to jump on this quick if you think you might need a room otherwise you'll have to negotiate with Trish for a room at her house!

Here's the details:

Comfort Suites

120 W. 3rd Street

Bethlehem, PA 18015

Phone: 800-422-0942

Fax: 610-882-4389

http://www.comfortsuitesbethlehem.com/

Now, beginning tomorrow (3/17/04) you will be able to call the Comfort Suites and reserve a room for the reduced rate of $79.00. These are "mini-suites" and come with your choice of either 1 king-sized bed or 2 doubles, a queen-sized pull out sofa and continental breakfast. Reservations must be made by 4/16/04 in order to guarantee a room.

This is going to be one event that you won't want to miss! I can promise you that!

Being one of the few people who have actually seen Trish's jigglers and even had them in my mouth... I think I will be MORE than welcome in her home...

Trish...Not at Steve's! How about at your place? Is there room with the now infamous "jigglers"? I live in Phila., I guess about an hour plus away, and I'm considering staying in "Historic Bethlehem"....I have heard great reports of the Bethlehem Brew Works as well.....what's better than Cigars and Beer? Oh Yeah. Maybe "jigglers"!, cigars and beer...

Brandon, I just called to book my room at the and the lady I spoke to said all the rooms blocked off were non-smoking rooms. I asked her to check and be sure and she was sure, I'm sure we're going to be partying in our rooms after and I really don't think we should smoke up the rooms for the next guest that comes in and also if this was to go on again next year we probably wouldn't get a block of rooms if everyone was smoking in there rooms. So do you think that could be changed, or should we just go with a smoking room and pay the non-blocked price or look else where? Thanks
