No to all three, the United States of America is the US Constitution (there is NO greater human-composed document in the world). It is a fragile thing, it was set-up in the beginning for govt to check itself, not witten for evolutionary change. We had no Fed IRS (the states paid the taxes and we paid the states). In fact it was because of the high regard of the states that only landowners were permitted to vote, but since things have become federalized everyone has to vote,(if we have a federalist democratic republic, then that's only fair).

We have too much fed interference, law and handouts already, I mean how much is too much I ask. That is why I stated that If that scenario occurred I probably would bail; I'd have to see.
