Well Rick, since you included me as a you all in your post, allow me to retort.

If you check my posts, you will see that I am hardly a fan of George Bush. I think that in 2000 he was the lesser of two evils and in 2004 he will still be the lesser of two evils. Would I vote for Clark or McCain if they were in there? Certainly. Is there a chance that I will vote for the bootlicker Kerry? No.

I thought that I was clear in my post, but apparently I was not. Should we torture soldiers? No. Do I care what we, or anyone, does to captured terrorists? No, but I do think that whatever happens to them, it is less than they deserve.

If by you all, you are referring to those people who support our country, then I guess that I am a part of that you all. I am sick of those people who try to make everyone ashamed to be American or those who are constantly crying about how we are just a big bully. Guess what. Whatever we do, we are showing a huge amount of restraint. If we wanted to be a bully, we could annex the rest of North America tomorrow and then work on Europe next week. Are we doing that? No. Instead we have bases all over the world that we use to help other countries and keep the peace.

Sometimes people just have to complain because they can't see the truth.

I am not even going to compare Bush with Reagan, but he is a lot closer to Reagan than Kerry could ever be! The only reason Kerry keeps begging McCain to run with him is to get votes away from Republicans that are a little disgruntled with GWB. Will not work as McCain doesn't want to be second fiddle to that left wing posing as a "moderate"! Kerry is a chamelon, he will adapt to the group he speaks to and pick up any cause that will gain support in the region he is campaigning in, then later he forgets or flips his view! This guy is a bigger joke than Algore was! I am definitely voting against Kerry!

i would have preferred dean or one or two of the other candidates who kerry defeated in the primaries.

Sorry, just a simple question, apparently one with no simple answer. Doesn't seem like a difficult question? I've heard of the Mossad? Probably most people here have. I don't understand the reluctance to acknowledge their existence and or tactics. Could it be a double standard? i.e., I support the Mossad, but I don't support the terrible things we've done.

Hint, when we need to torture some of these guys, we fly them off “quietly” to Israel… That scares the ever living xxxx out of them. I’m sure in many cases, they probably come clean with the info we need based on the mere “suggestion” that we’re going to turn them over to the Israelis…

So therefore, it is a very valid question. I.e., if what we’ve done is so terrible, does the poster also lump the Mossad in the same category of reprehensible behavior? Worse? Or does the poster “excuse” this behavior by this group for convenient personal and politically expedient reasons?
