This is a follow up to the box or 5 pack thread. I got an E-mail from Trish stating I would receive the 5 pack of Te-Amos and all I have to pay for is the shipping! They certainly know how to keep loyal customers.

LOL! I knew I would catch some grief about the Mexicans but as I said in the original post, "It's the principal that counts". Rick, the 5 pack listed under the boxes category went for $12.

Gentlemen: Not to beat a dead horse or anything, Lord knows no one ever does that here! LOL -I would like to clarify this situation just a little further since things seem to be confused. Accidentally a 5 pack lot was posted in the box category, so it received a box heading, etc. When the error was discovered the lot had already been closed (I do realize this had been pointed out by a bidder, however it was so hectic here we did not pick up on it fast enough, and I apologize). We then realized that we did not have enough boxes in stock to cover the winning bids, so an offer was made of cancelling the bids - no credit was given because no charges were made. We also sent out a free 5 pack of the Te-Amos to those winning bidders as an apology. I do realize it was our error but other than ask for forgiveness and make a peace offering I do not know what else could be done. As far as EJ178 is concerned the shipping charge on the 5 pack occured because that was the only item on your order, so the system generated a minimum shipping charge for a five pack, which since has been credited back to you. Hopefully this will make things clearer, and again I am sorry - now give me fifty lashes with a wet noodle!!! LOL
