Hank, 3 months ago I was in the same boat as you. Just go buy a couple of boxes that you like and start trading. Trade a 5 here and a 5 there. Then, buy a couple of 5er's every week.

Wont be long and you will have plenty to trade with everyone.

I got ammo due in tomorrow, I'm pretty well set for decent Smokes, just don't want anyone to be disappointed in what I send, I'll take a shot, who knows I might do better than I think.

Even some of the less expensive smokes are fine to trade. Por Larranaga, some of the Sancho Panza, La Viejo Havana, and others are good and not too expensive. Just dont send a bunch of Flor De Todo or something like that. You might get punched. LOL!

How about if I send Punch 😉. Just jumped into the fire in the PIB so lets see how it goes.

I can understand how you are feeling about not having the quantity or perhaps even the quality of some of the fine folks here. That is the exact reason I have never traded with anyone. (ROAK doesn't count IMO and it wasn't even cigars)When we start out and see some of the outstanding cigars that others give/trade it can be very intimidating.

I got very lucky...my ex-fiance HATED cigars and made me get rid of my stash/collection that took about 10 years to amass...the new love of my life is very accepting of ciigars and will even have one with me once in a while...

So when I feel that I will not make a fool out of myself with the small selection that I have I will begin to trade etc.
