To whom this may concern, Everything in the box but the Victorian humidor it self , 100 cigars no humidor! UPS box said 1 of 1 and no backorder was indicated. Did they forget to put the Victorian humidor in the box? If its on back order, why did they not list it ? PLEASE SHIP THE HUMIDOR THEY FORGOT TO PUT IN THE BOX! Thank you, Dan Dapper P.S. also no box of smiley face matches in last three shipments, I give them to my buddies good advertising for you, send some with the humidor,I'm sure they just overlooked putting it the box. the humidor and the box of matches ,the biggest item and the smallest. Hi Daniel!

I’ve still been checking into the humidor issue and it looks like it was never shipped out. I am having another one shipped out via UPS for you today.

You should receive it in about 5-6 business days. If there are any problems, please let me know. Thanks for your understanding in this matter. Have a great day!

Thanks!

Jessica

Sales/Customer Service

5 to 6 days, they should have over nighted it or at least 2nd day. lets see if I get the matches, CHECK YOUR ORDERS! Dan

Also a good tip when bidding is to pull up the cigar international site in a different window to check the retail price, I have seen people bid higher on something in stock .I have payed close to the same after checking afterwards, unless its out of stock and you just have to have it. Dan

not counting the 100 pack humidor, or shipping, i see about 187 cigars for $405.00 a drop over $2.00 each.

that is an excellent round og golf you had there mr dapperdan. i believe when the other 100 are factored in you should be at 287 cigars for $531.00, less then $1.90 each. you are approaching the tiger wood kind of round.

if you can turn up something worthwhile, a closeout, at a half a buck a cigar, you will be in the masters, heading for a green jacket.

2 day, 6 days, let it slide. don't be too harsh on customer service, they are good people.

Thank you Jessica, I did not see your post the first time. Like Rick said its like a box of cracker jacks. Thanks for sending the humidor even if it was sent ups ground. I knew they never sent it, Dan

I was nice Rick , or if I was not Jessica will let you know. I smoked one of the 100 last night was good, 4 bundles of 25, cuban copies or something like that.

I will post a picture of the lost Victorian humidor when I get it. Jessica probably thinks we are nuts, my wife does. Women just do not understand the important things in life like a simple box of matches. And a lost humidor. Dan

... you guys and your thing with the 'matches' ...

Someone needs to get a life ... 😉

Slimboli

just because you are rich, use quintuple refined butane in your superheterodyne, combination am/fm, cd, dvd, and cigar lighter that fits in the pocket, is not a reason to mock, yes mock i say, your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breath free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore; send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, i lift my lamp beside the golden door!--and i shall not mock no more.

that was beautiful Rick...

^5 rick

^ 5? As in 5X refined?

Rayder, you're a complicated man.

My torch lighter is the same torch I used to take the paint off the house...Go matches!

The Victorian humidor has arrived, NO MATCHES, NOT A SINGLE BOX! Thanks Jessica. O.K. Rick I will be nice to customer service "there good people" You started this post!Dan ,All in fun. I will send a pic when I get the chance, my wife hates the humidor so in garage it goes.

Naw Blood...just high fiving Rick for the Slim comeback.

Those of us with simple means like our damn matches.
