From what I can see, at least one, maybe two person(s), isn't smoking at all!!! I.e. cigars are unlit. Maybe they doesn't smoke at all??? And these folks sells us cigars? LOL!!!

I'm gonna take a guess. The dude on the far left looks like a Gonz. The fella on the far right, looks like a keith. The guy next to the keith looking fella, looks like a rocky. And the subject next to the Gonz looking dude, looks like Morgan Sheppard. ( Nascar? Citgo car #21? Anyone remember?)
