Yes, they are fair to OK, but you will not confuse it with a Cuban. Save your money. Charlie

I really like them. I finally broke down this past month and bought a bundle of them when I was near the store. They had a sale making it $14.95 a bundle for the alt. Cuban Cohiba Robusto, so I had nothing to lose. They are dog rockets upon first lighting them, then they get really good. They are a good full-bodied smoke, but they draw a bit tight and the wrapper doesn't hold up well to abuse (or removal of the band). For the price, who the f' cares? They've since become a regular in my rotation. I wouldn't say they're just like a real cuban, but a good cigar on it's own merits. Worth a try, I hate to say... 🙂

I use to smoke the alternatives for a long time until I released that they all started to taste the same. Don't waste your money, if you want the real thing, do so. Atleast buy some good sticks.
