do we have a uni-anthraxer?

It is probably some sick f--k who is whipping off while watching television reports of his sick deeds! It certainly sounds like we have the potential to have a uni-anthraxor or uni-anthraxist! Charlie

I think we are way overeacting to this whole business. More people probably die in car crashes in a span of an hour than the amount killed by anthrax, yet it keeps the country in fear and hypersensitivity and closes congress, give me a break. Notice lately how long it takes to receive a letter? Last summer the media hyped up shark attacks, now if a single spore of anthrax were tp be found in the boondocks of Cody Wyoming it would a national emergency. Quit living in fear, you will most likely die of a lightning strike before anthrax hits.

gosh, i heard cody was a great place to live. i guess i'll stay in la, where the only thing you have to fear is 1/2 the state sliding into the ocean after a big earthquake, and of course the cost of taking a family of 4 to disneyland.

Not sure if you're being literal or not Rick, but actually the type of fault (the San Andreas Fault) is a slip-slide fault, not a divergent fault (which WOULD in fact cause "1/2 of the state to fall into the ocean", as you said...The slip-slide type of fault you have there will cause the LA Dodgers someday to play in San Francisco...Just a little science lesson (used to be a minor of mine in college, specifically Meteorology and Geology)

Keith, you really impressed me with your intimate knowledge of faults, now how about ..........? Charlie

I also read that Anthrax might change the name. If they do it should be something like Mad Cow or Foot in Mouth to go along the same theme. As far as their music now, I must agree it does suck. But most of the 80's bands that are still around suck. As a matter of fact I can't really think of any that are still putting out good music.

Actually at the time Rick asked this question America was getting Anthrax letters through the mail system... it didn't have anything to do with the Anthrax Vaccines at the time... OR Did It?

wide enough fear and panic would have everyone looking away from the harm the vaccines can cause and buy off the thought these are neccisary, make on forget they're not a proven vaccine against Inhilation Anthrax, and forget about the 85% posibility of side effects that it is caused...

Ricks original post 11/11/2001 on this was and is out of concern as to what ever happened with this?? it is now 02/12/2005 and you don't hear much news nowadays as to how this happened and where it came from??

but yet American People are passing as an Alright Deal for the Government to stockpile $5.6 billion worth of vaccines that are Not or have Not been proven effective against the known biothreat of airborn or inhilation anthrax... but yet the proven side effects count continues to be higher...

I thank God that there are 1000 of my military brothers and sisters who have not had difficutlies with taking these vaccines and can continue their mission of protecting these United States.. Especially the members who I worked with everyday for 18 1/2 yrs... but truth be known... many had fallen from just one vaccination and some after their boosters (6)-(7)

and now the experimental Smallpox vaccine has been introduced into the manditory shot lines of the DOD... these side effects are even more devistating or are they? during the buildup for iraqi freedom 2003... their were 9 deaths reported from around the military services of this (smallpox) possibly being the cause? there also has been 1000's of complaints listed after these folks recieved their vaccines from just minor rashes to crippeling effects...

it's easy to say you'll play russian roulet when you assume the gun is empty...

so again I ask... when is the next scare??
