chris is very sick and will be offline for awhile, so if you are wondering, i haven't killed him or anything, he is just sick and in bed. he will reply to all e-mails through me and i'll try to keep him posted of everything going on.......

The whole chicken would be good for him. Specially if you cook it up in a soup. That way he'll get all the needed nuitrents from it and he might be feeling better sooner. Here's hoping he feels better in time for Xmass.
