First time lurker long time poster. (wait, strike that and reverse it) Just wanted to say thanks for all the good advise I have gotten over the past year here at cbid. Have a question about the these things. A friend gave me a couple because he didn't like them. Never had a cigar with a foot like this before. Do you cut it or light it as is? Thanks for any input.

Light it the way it is (a perfecto foot if I remember correctly)...Welcome Mikey...The Biarritz Coffee Breaks (also known by another name..LOL) are nice little smokes...Slim sent me several and I really enjoyed them!...Definite hints of cinnamon and other spices...Great with a large coffee..I was thinking of bidding on them but need to slow down in my latest bidding...LOL..Hope this helps!...Only problem with lighting them (and any other similar perfecto) is that if you don't light them evenly right from the start (since it's such a small tip) it will burn unevenly (canoe) throughout the cigar...Good luck!...Keith

These are great but the bundle I got was dry. I had to revive them. Best in the morning with a cup of coffee. If you like these but want more flavor and nutty spices get the rothchilds (even better). But I was not impressed with the churchills.

BTW, light as is, I have had the opposite luck of rookie. I just light the very tip and alway get an even burn.

Sorry, rude of me not to answer the question at hand, so here goes: Great cigar and value. It's hard to find a decent petite perfecto at a reasonable price for the size (i.e. under $5 a stick [and don't start nickel and diming saying, "Oh, my local shop has blah blah blah at $4.95" or "Fu@^T@'s MSRP for a $h0rT $T0rY is $4.95" because you will not find them for that price in MANY states/shops with tobacco taxes and markups]) rant over. I have to go now and visit my psychotherapist and my shrink (ran out of Zoloft this morning 😉


Bottom line, good cigar, good price, smoke it and enjoy.
