How much did they pay Vick to play? Does Mohr have a seat on the plane home?

If only it wasn't so cold and nasty outside...I'd be enjoying a celebratory Centurian right about now.

Time to watch the Pats take out the Steelers.

Wow the Steelers game is ugly. I should go burn the Centurian just to keep myself from watching it. But, I'll save it for the office tomorrow. As for the Super Bowl...I think I'll light up one of these newly received Farmies. Jacksonville tastes good already.

Steve-o, you bite. Freakin Derek was running around the house flapping his hands/arms up and down and singing that damn Eagles fight song. I almost made him go outside and shovel the yard.

My poor Steelers... 😞

Hey MAC...Aren't you the same guy that said the Eagles couldn't stop the Falcon's rushing offense?

I'd rather see the Eagles play the Pats than the Steelers. I think it's going to be a great game. Regardless of whether or not they win, it just feels damn good to see them make it over that hurdle.

I am that same guy. I was counting on Vick scrambling... and for some reason he didn't. It looked to me as if he was told to stay in the pocket and throw... not his forte right now.

Enjoy the moment, Eagle fans ... the dispassionate view from this side of the continent is that in two weeks, you'll be resurrecting this thread and substituting the letters "c" and "r" for the "f" and the "l" ...

MAC(SW)....I think you've got to give credit to Philly's defensive scheme. They hardly blitzed, but instead "contained" Vick. And after taking a few of those cold weather hits, I think that Vick also had second thoughts about running. And BTW....the Super Bowl is only one game...anything can happen.

You can give them credit. You're the Philly fan. I'm a 49er fan... suffering through the rough times.

MACS(SW)....That's cool. Now I understand why you feel that way about T.O. As a long suffering Eagles fan, I can feel your 49ers pain.

Watching the post-game portions of both broadcasts yesterday, it became evident that, if for no other reason(s), New England will win the Super Bowl because in the minds of the players and coaches, Philly by winning the NFC Championship has arrived at their goal while NE by winning the AFC has taken the next to the last step necessary to arrive at theirs ...
