Is there truly a more despicable and more tastless character than Gephardt? It is impossible to believe him on anything he says, even when it's mundane.

i don't know about despicable, but the man is an inspiration to all the boring people in the world. "look at me, i am pure white bread, and i have the microphone" personally i have never heard the end of any speech he has made, and rarely the middle.
