well, someone had to start the thread. what was your favorite? for me, it's normally the one that makes me laugh the most, but this year i saw another i really liked. so, you could have a favorite and one that you thought was funniest. i do.

funniest: (tie)

bud light skydiving commercial when the pilot jumped out of the plane.

ford convertable mustang commercial

ford truck commercial w/ the bikers

favorite:

soldiers walking through airport accompanied by applause. it was a well-placed thank you because millions saw it.

I'd have to say that the last couple years, the commercials have not lived up to expectations. We've become so accustomed to the anticipation that somehow I've been left feeling somewhat let down by the lack of clever commercials.

That's not to say there were none. I enjoyed the two funny spots by Careerbuilder.com with about an otherwise diligent employee surrounded by difficult coworkers played by chimpanzees. One of them kisses the boss's butt.

I know the feeling there.

The best by far was the Soldiers commercial. It nearly brought tears to my eyes.

The funniest were those careerbuilder commercials with the monkeys. You can't go wrong with a monkey.

my other favorite was the bud commercial with the animals all trying to be clydesdales. because last year the donkey got to be one.

The soldiers one made ME clap.

I liked the one where the woman comes home, and it looks like she's caught he husband/boyfriend killing her cat...that made me laugh

I like the cat and the tomatoe sauce with the guy holding the knife

yeah, i almost forgot about that one (the knife and the cat). that was pretty good, too.

Funny:

The cat and the knife was really funny.

Awesome:

The soldiers in the airport. It DID bring tears to my eyes... one because it was such an awesome sight, but two because that would never happen in real life. To many people can't put politics away and be grateful to those who serve.

Soldiers walking thru airport!

Charlie

Funniest for me was the cat one too...

Ditto what Charlie said!!!!

Hog

Didn't see the soldier one.

I like the one (and I don't even remember who it was for so that goes to show you how well these commercials work) of the 10 things you needed in the commercial. It had Burt Reynalds, a dancing bear, a talking bear, sexy women who liked talking bears, etc, etc.

Seeing a corpse in a convertible makes me want to go buy one...

I liked the Bud commercial with all the animals.

-Wolfy

Chimp's responding to the...can you hear me now comm!LMAO

-Clintock-

I thought too, the one with the guy talking on his cell phone in a convience store was pretty funny!! Ha...."your getting robbed" classic funny right there!

Dave

best all around were the soldiers walking throught he airport gave me chills

the funniest was the don't judge too quickly ads - both the one in the store when the dude was talking on the phone - he had the ear piece type one and he was talking about your being robbed and the owners maced him and was beating him because they thought he was robbing them and even funnier was the cat who jumped on the stove knocking over the tomato sauce and the dude picked it up by the scruff of the neck and had the knife in the other hand and the sauce was on the cat and the floor and the girlfriend/wife/whatever came in and saw it lmao tff

Slodiers walking through airport took the cake!

Que

What about the teaser one for godaddy.com?
