Thanks AVB My neighbor and good friend comes over and we smoke a cigar on Wednesday evenings while our wife's are out (they work together). Last time he was here he told me some stories he had not talked about in years. He was a tank commander in Vietnam. I will play this for him tonight.

Dan my two cousins were tank commanders in Nam... both brothers and in the same company they both did 4 tours But the catch was because they were brothers they couldn't be in country at the same time...thus they split their tours... the Army's rule of thumb was never fire unless fired upon.. Both my Cousins will tell you when they seen them VC (word used was different this is the PC wording LOL) squat down to fire... there was nothing left but a smokin hole... they both came back home in one peice accept for Mike who is suffering from effects of Agent Orange...

My cousin lives in Ocala Fla. wouldn't be the same but they possibly knew each other?? both of my cousins went on and retired out of the army... at the time (Vietnam) one was drafted so they both enlisted into the same career field and went in at the same time LOL...
