i have posted a few things about customer service that i thought were funny. getting free gifts and being treated nasty by some one named tony. there is no tony except on the sopranos and anything negative i said about customer service was an attempt on my part at humor. i have never been treated with anything but respect and courtesy by anyone at cbid and nobody has sent my any freebees. if some of the new guys think i meant to say anything bad and didn't see the humor my apologies to the ladies at customer service. rick

I got a bunch of free Albino Cheetos with my order today. They taste like crap but they last a long time LOL. Barry

And by the way, my free xikar cutter was the wrong color, so customer service sent me another one...
