Is it all over for one of the greatest receivers the game has seen?

God I hope so...

The man needs to become a 49er for a day and call it a career.

He was the BEST EVER at his position, but his skills have slipped far enough and I hate to see him tarnish his legacy by hanging on.

That said, he is still probably better than about 30% of the starters in the league.

I'd take him any day...even with diminished skills...the leadership and work ethic he brings makes it worth it.

Jerry please retire or the Saints will pick you up thinking you have a few more good years!!! LMAO!

Saints Management favorite quote:

"Wait til next year!"

UUUUGGGGGHHHHHHH!

Jerry should hang them up for good! He was one of the all time best, but the time to take a hint is now......retire, play golf, smoke some expensive cigars, drink lots of good booze and enjoy your self!
