BUT - my wife and son are going to Ohio to visit her sister and father for his 70th birthday. I'll be home alone!!

So tell me... do these things really work?

Yes, in hindsight I should've asked this question BEFORE I bid on it.

Other options that work:A- Open all windows turn on air and all fans do this every moment she is not there. B-Brew lots of coffee the smell might not help too much but it helps to keep you warm while in the doghouse. C-Cook lots and lots of onions and garlic this definitley will mask the smell and also keeps vampires away. I hope this helps.

I have the same one in my house and it works like a charm! Normally, no one smokes in the house because I can't stand the smell of stale tobacco smoke. We'd been having poker nights and it was really disruptive going outside to smoke anything! I bought one of these and keep it on all the time. We still don't smoke inside unless we have something special going on, but when we do you'd never know it.

Very funny Jack! I've smoked in our spare bedroom before. I have it set up like a lounge, with a couch, a TV and entertainment center, but it smelled in there for days and I even had the window open with a fan facing out!

I have the smaller one in my office along with a box fan and with both running all night, you can't even tell anyone smoked in there the night before. My fiance loves it.

just smoke there all weekend run that thing constantly and then wait three days after she comes home. If she doesn't notice it, tell her the truth. "you'll never guess what I did this weekend....I smoked every cigar indoors.
