I used to be a Beam drinker. I still like Beam once in a while, but my spirit of choice is Knob Creek now. Every Christmas I take one to my buddy in Oregon. He gives me one for my birthday. I give him one for his anniversary and birthday. My wife buys me one for my birthday. It's like Knob Creek gift giving season all year around here.

Like just the other day... my Border Collie celebrated her 11th birthday. Knob Creek. I got a promotion in my job. Knob Creek.

Now I'm not a big drinker, but I particularily enjoy KC with a good cigar. Actually, it even makes the rockets taste good.

Funny, I remember drinking this stuff but don't remember how it tasted, must have been beacause the only time I had some was the time me and a friend tried to finish the whole bottle. Some painful but fun memories.
