I am sure that the ACLU will defend this murderer (should I say alledged killer) of 4 innocent people and claim that he is a poor victim himself, even though he is educated and comes from a well to do family! This guy should have been brought in dead, not captured, but when it came to shooting it out with armed policemen, FBI and other agents, he cowered and surrendered like the spineless jerk he must really be!

YOu know he'll be hauled in to a courtroom again, face another judge that he would like to kill and be given his due process. I say he already had his day in court... and he blew it.

I'm sure there are enough witnesses to convict him and put him on a slab, but our system will jail him, hire him an attorney, defend him on 4 murder charges, then once convicted, he'll be scentenced, granted appeals, and live for free in our penal system until all appeals are exhausted, I'm guessing another 10 years plus...

And those 4 murdered public servants people in Atlanta...????

This is our justice system.

Anyone know the average time an inmate stays on death row in Georgia before execution? It's something like 30 years in California.

Heard them talking about it on Fox or MSNBC and it seems like Georgia is about 15 years.......12 to 15 years I believe! Too damn long to wait, but California is ridiculous!

Kinda errie, but the Customs Agent that was killed about 1 mile from my place. I don;t think there's a judge in GA that won't let him fry. Just wonder if it will go to a jury though. They're already talking about moving the trial away from Atlanta.

They should have shot the SOB rather than bring him in alive! Too bad, he surrendered meekly after all the blood he shed pointlessly!
