I shot him a couple emails... spoke to him last Saturday on the phone and everything seemed fine???

I hope nothing has happened with him or family?

he hasn't even filled out his picks for the tourney yet??? .........Now were getting serious here LOL

I gave Tony a call last night... he blew his knee out last Thursday at the pinewood derby event with his kids.. he's been off it as much as possible and is scheduled for an MRI in a few days... he's swelled up pretty good and was going to try and make it to the computer to say Hi to all... but for now he's in some pretty good pain and has been off work and off the puter and doing his best to get around on the crutches....

I was handing out awards. One of the kids dropped his medal and I squatted to pick it up but getting up was't so easy. It popped as I stood, who knows maybe I twisted a little.

Lesson learned - let the kids pick things up they are closer to the ground.
