Recieved a package from a brother today.... of 1 Churchill Deluxe, 1 Tamboril, 1 El Cauto, 1 Canario D'oro, 1Thomas Hinds Vintage,1 350 Horsepower and 2 unbanded ones. I do not know much about the above mentioned cigars and probably would not have said anything except that they were packaged in a priority bag! No box, no packing, just a ziploc bag inside a priority bag. Needless to say only two made the voyage.
My quandary is.....What should I do? E-mail him? Out him on this forum? Or just chalk it up to experience and say O and let it go?

I would contact him via email first. No need to "out " someone. It must have been a newb because i know that a vet would not have sent any 'gars out like that.

Backchannel communication via e-mail would be my choice. Share with him what you know about packing and shipping to safegaurd smokes. Let him know what happened to the ones he shipped, and why. He just might appreciate your sharing your knowledge.......

Yep....uh huh...email. Not something to out anyone over regardless of outcome. There have been posts with info concerning how to ship and pack cigars. I'll see if I can bump em up.

But when i do make a mistake, I really appreciate getting an email about the mistake, then I will "out"
myself. That way everybody can see I made the mistake and I tried to make it right. EG... Kiss Pass.

E-mail would be the way to go. If he sent the smokes, then he was not trying to welch on you. That should say something about him.

JK!! No we have never traded and you don't owe me any smokes. Thanks for your advice though. It is hard for me to believe that someone would send a bag of smokes with nary a hint of packing. So I will e-mail him and let him know what is going on and try to set him straight on shipping procedures.

Eric the 1st on is a Camacho brand,Tamboril Presdente,robust rich and full flavor. El Cauto don'tknow!Canary D Oro is a mild smoke.350 HP is a Indian Talbac they vary from 150's to 550's 350's in the middle.the 2 unbanded ones ?????. Just trying to help.The smokes you got there are not that bad,but if there broken their broken.the undanded ones could be a sportmans& a El Credito. I'm guessing,let the El Credito age for about 6mo. and it would be a fine smoke
