I'm not a gun enthusiast, but I'm guessing he's altered the firing mechanism to allow for quick trigger action. That reload is pretty impressive.

More than one stray bullet has been launched from altered weapons. Good to see he's mastered it.

When you fire such long burst such as your capable of, there's no way you could reload, but in a matter of days.
