Anyone remember those old cliff hanger serials with a new chapter each week? I guess they were popular back in the 40's & 50's?

One of my all time favorites was The Adventures of Captian Marvel.

Later lampooned by mad magazine:

The Adventures of captian Marbles

Was it the Rocketeer or Rocketman? Loved it, whatever it was called.

Charlie

Charlie

I believe it was the serials name:

Zombies of the Stratosphere, the rocketeer was the hero of the serial.
