Anyone else have it? I bought mine about 2 weeks ago and I thought it was the best thing since sliced bread. I listen to hard rock so my favorite station in 27 - Hard Attack. I noticed that the rotation of music being played sucks. There are some artists and some songs that are played repeatedly everyday. It gets a bit boring after awhile.

We have XM -- pretty much the same thing. Great for long road trips when you driving across no man's land and can still get good music. You are right though they do play a daily loop that can get old. We have a rotation of about 6 staions. I love the extreme comedy channel -- very funny stuff.

Glad to hear it's not only Sirius that's doing it. You're right though about great music for a long drive. We just got back from Montreal and it was a life saver.

I've got XM and my friend has Sirius. Great music on both. But he gets "Raw Dog" comedy on Sirius channel 147 Jim Breuer which is hilarious. Great afternoon entertainment especially with a big ole stogie.

If I got one I think it would have to be the Sirius. You can get the NFL games with it... (c:

Boofa, Montreal is known for quite a few things. The food is excellent, the women are hot (multicultural), shopping (if you're into that,)the nightlife and last but not least the strip joints!! The best in N.America. Any stories you wanna share? 😉

I bought this for my wife for Christmas, along with the portable "boom box", the home kit, and the car kit.

The only problems I have are with the installation methods. They are very obtrusive, and you need to position the antenna, often in an inconvenient spot. If you are in the middle of an office building, forget it; the antenna (in my area) needs a pretty unobstructed view of the west, and since they only give you about 25 ft of wire, you cant run it through the walls or in the ceiling to a convenient spot.

i love my sirius radio

NBA alert and games . NFL.... comedy channels rock. The talk radio is GREAT! .. yes dome of the stations have a rotation of songs but you can influence that rotation by call ins.

Still the commerical free end saves it for me. I can not stand local commecial radio and THEIR ROTATIONS either. But at least with my satellite I dont have to deal with their drivel.

Well, I loved Montreal. The food was awesome. So many different types of cuisine to choose from. The women were very hot. We stayed at the Marriot and I couldn't believe all the "hotness" coming in and out of the hotel. As far as stories, the only one I can tell you is how friggin' expensive cigars are. I went to a shop called Vascos and the prices were outrageous. I'm not even gonna talk about the cubans...but the other smokes...holy crap. A Opus X Belicoso would have cost me about 95 american dollars. A Punch Champion was about 30 american dollars. thank god I took my own.

Boof, the smokes are very expensive. It's a high tax province. Did you visit Mt.Royal or the Old Port?

We visited Old Montreal and did the biodome and the olympic park. I was only there for 2 days..it was a little quick family get-away. I plan on going back sometime this year.

I also have XM. Whatever you listen to, whether it's XM or Sirius, it's a 180° turn from commercial radio. If you have never heard it, or want it, GET IT!!

Either one is a great choice.
