Recently my cigars have been arriving dry. I've restored dry cigars before but these ones taste like paperand wood after a couple months in the humidor and trying every trick in the book. I live in Oregon so is it the weather or what? Anybody else have this problem?

If they are lone wolf that's how they are supposed to be and taste with a rather large crap like taste on the finish, LOL sorry couldn't resist. JonR
