One of my favorite side dishes. I add a little ranch dressing and pepper to some recipies.

With sourcream, mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Too stop cukes causing aftertaste or repeating leave a thin (1/4 inch) strip of peel length wise before slicing, works everytime.

Throw some onions in, too. Fresh cukes-n-onions in vinegar were served at every meal in the summer at Grandma's. I still make them, but they're just not as good. You make a big batch, and every day they're just a little bit better.

Planting the garden in T-3 days. You bet your bippy cukes and tomatoes will be involved!!! Continue the tradition.

Cucumbers, red wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar (just a little), little oil, dill, tarragon, oregano, salt, fresh cracked pepper, granulated gralic......

Summer will be here soon! Woohoo! Garden going in next month, and cucumbers are among the ones growing. Now I'll have to make some cucumber salad once they're ready.

Really good if you add some onions to the mix as well cukes, onions and some fresh banana peppers from the garden.

My grandmother always had cukes and vinegar on the table for every meal but breakfast.
