I have a couple of GCC's I got in a trade. Robustos, not churchills,tho. Not bad, a little rough at first, smooths out in the middle, finishes maybe a little bitter, in the upper middle strength-wise. I see they are already at $10 for a 5-pak. There are better buys on c-bid every week, JMO.

oops. You are right. Wrong fake cuban. Dont be too influenced by the word cuban. The only real cubans are from cuba, and some of those aint real either.

It aint been me. But someone did tell me "Ugh" when referring to these.

I bought a box of Genuine Counterfeit Cubans when they first came out. At first, they were a little harsh, but after a month in the humidor they turned into a great smoke. On the other hand, I bought a box of something called "Cuban Knock-Offs" which were pure crap. I couldn't give them away and ended up incinerating them in my chimenea.

RJ's question was not about Genuine Counterfiet Cubans, which ARE a pretty good medium to full bodied smoke ... the question was about "Original Cubans" ... I'd like to know about them myself ... so, if someone knows about "Original Cubans", let us know, would you? ... and by the way, if any of the rest of you have Cuban Knock-Offs you'd like to give away, but haven't found the taker for, let me know ... you could give 'em to me.

And how did that smell
