Fellow B/SOTL,

this guy is awesome and it would be a crime for me not to let everyone on the boards know that this guy goes way and above the call of duty with his customer service.

let me explain- i've been having some problems with my stuff getting here. TJ took care of all the problems and didn't even get mad with my repeated calls. Thanks for your patience and your candor- this guy is an asset to C-bid and another example of the great folks at C-bid.

I spoke with him today about a cutter I expected but hadn't yet received.

He was very helpful and courteous.

BTW: Got the cutter today in the mail.

I was able to meet TJ this past weekend at the Fest, and he is one cool guy. Just wish I had more time to spend with everyone involved or partaking. There's always next year!!!

btw TJ and TIM and the others are some great peeps. Funny and fun to watch while drunk. Just dont eat prior to the show 🙂
