All of these racial discussions and people accusing other BOTL of being racists are getting old!

Rick starts a stir pot posting and it seems to build and develop more and more negative discussions between BOTL's and SOTL's that I am going to stay out of, since most of them become nothing more than name calling sessions!

Serious question. I'm not trying to be funny or insult you in any way, but I was just wondering if you ever intend on telling us your own views as related to the post you start?

I mean you asked in your last post where we FOTL got our morals and ethics. Several of us answered but instead of answering your own post you (IMO) used it as a tool to down others for their beliefs.

Then in a blink of an eye you started this post which again IMO is just a foot note to the last. So again I would just like to know you. What are your personal views on the questions that you ask? Where do you draw your morals and ethics from?

lol.......one of my good friends, akanyc(a member here) is a huge NASCAR fan. He calls me every Sunday to update me. It's alright but I'm usually busy with my kids or home-owners chores.

GYPSY.......I have answered that question, three times in three different threads. But to clear it up and to end the thread-jack, I am in no way a racist. One of my children isn't "all-white". Now, could you answer the question in the other thread.......what makes your world-view, your ethics and morals, better?

Actually that was the question I was asking you (morals and ethics) not whether or not you're a racist.

Again I do apologize for the Thread Jack I honestly just thought it was a continuation of the last one. On which by the way I beleive I was one of the ones who did tell you where I drew my morals and ethics from. I never explained why I thought my morals were the best simply because they are what works for me and I don't suggest in any way they are for everyone. Ethics are decided by a group ie a country, state, city therefore that is pretty much the same for everyone.

Your quote, above, is one of the most distasteful racist comments I've ever read on this forum. I'm quite sure your son is a wonderful youngster. Why do you even think of him in racial terms? Even the phrase "all white" infers a negative for not being all white. Why did you single this child out, and bring him into this discussion, if you aren't thinking of him in racial terms?
