Well it looks like Im no longer a member of the "I already own ten acres" club.
Just got a signed contract to take to the bank on a second ten acres ajacent to my current ten that went on the market early last week. Made em an offer for 20% less than list and they accepted. Now its off to the bank tomorrow and get the financing.
Looks like my cigar purchases will be tapering off for a little while.
