If there is a blowout (as in the Flor de Los Reyes) of 1,000 boxes at $19 a box......why in the world
would someone bid $25.....or $22....or$21.....or evern $20????????????? I just can't quite figure
it out!

I think some bidders are used to Dutch Auctions where everybody gets the item for the lowest winning bid. E-bay and Yahoo use this type of auction. When I first came to this site, I also assumed the bidding followed the Dutch Auction style.
