Well, I get the feeling that Jim Hendry will be wielding the axe again in the next couple weeks. Gone so far...Joe Borowski and Enrique Wilson. I gotta think that Todd Wellemeyer and Sergio Mitre won't be too far behind, and Jery Hairston would make be a great fit for some team looking for defensive help once Nomar gets back. You know Neifi Perez is not going anywhere. We need reliable pitching help if we are going to be in contention for a wild card spot in the playoffs.

They just got there guns back. Sarah and I were going to go to the "Welcome Back Wood" game in Atlanta tonight but the Atlanta Box office said for $5 dollars they would let us stand anywhere we wanted in the outfield!?! Sounds like a deal, a bad one, but a deal nonetheless.Neifi ain't goin' nowhere and when Nomar's balls feel better I think the Cubs will be blazin' more than they already are. They have been able to go over 500 without the players that people said they couldn't do with out. Let's see what they can do now.
