Everyone at CB Customer Service is terrific, but I have to say that Trish is simply THE BEST.

Keith, I hope you are doing whatever is necessary to keep Trish happy... she deserves it, cause she really goes out of her way to keep all of us happy.

Klacto, you beat me 2 it...the last 2 orders that I received had minor problems, but I called and talked with Trish, and she was top notch all the way. Yea, I've gotten some good deals here, I've gotten good deals at other places too, but the customer service that I received from Trish is what will keep me coming back. Kudos is due her for an outstanding job.

I've only had two instances that I've had to deal with customer service at Cbid. Both were wonderful and I would not change a thing about either experience.
